What is an employee sale and why should it be conducted?

Employee resale, known as the Employee Purchase Program, is a strategy that allows companies to resell discontinued IT equipment to their employees at attractive prices. The program carries a number of benefits for corporate customers, including savings on human resources through a simple and automated sales management process. Companies can reduce the burden on their IT and administrative departments by delegating logistics and sales processing to an outsourcer.

As part of the company’s employee resale, it transfers the responsibility for warranty and guarantee to us, which significantly reduces the involvement of human resources in managing these issues. In addition, instead of managing multiple invoices per employee, the company receives one aggregate invoice from us, which simplifies accounting and administrative processes.

As a result, the Employee Purchase Program not only contributes to employee satisfaction and loyalty by offering a valuable benefit, but also supports companies in effectively managing the life cycle of IT equipment, bringing financial and operational savings.

Why consider employee resale?

By handing over the implementation of this process to us, you are taking the responsibility for its proper execution off your shoulders. Although at first glance it may appear to be a standard transaction, in reality it requires consideration of many important details in order to be successful.

Reducing the burden on human resources
Employee resale minimizes the need to involve HR and IT departments in the equipment sales process. Transferring responsibility for sales management to a service provider leaves opportunities for employees to use their time and skills on their key projects within the company.

Worry-free warranty and guarantee
The customer transfers warranty and guarantee issues to the service provider, which eliminates the risks and responsibilities associated with potential complaints. This provides peace of mind for both the company and its employees using the program.

Easy and quick access to the resale portal
Participants in the employee resale program gain access to a portal specially designed for them. This intuitive tool makes it easy to browse available equipment, make purchases and track order statuses, greatly simplifying the entire purchasing process.

Support for sustainable development
The employee resale program supports sustainability by allowing IT equipment to extend its life. This not only reduces electronic waste, but also promotes a conscious and responsible approach to resources.

Simplifying accounting processes
The employee resale program offers simplified administration with one consolidated invoice. It eliminates the need to manage multiple transactions and related documents, saving time and resources.

Strengthen employee ties and loyalty
By giving employees the opportunity to purchase equipment at preferential prices, the company shows concern for their well-being. This is an excellent way to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty, which translates into a better working atmosphere.
